DIPH was founded by Joey Shephard, Visual Design SME and owner of QJS Design Studio—a graphic design agency specializing in accessible, equity-centered design for public health.
Joey’s work has supported organizations such as the CDC Foundation, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, NIH’s Tribal Health Research Office, National Association of County and City Health Officials, and the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
